The IGE difference has always been described by students as, “the little things they do.”  One of these “little things” students love is a real Thanksgiving dinner.

Thanksgiving was at the D’Landsknecht restaurant in downtown Vienna.  This is the 10th year that we have hosted a traditional  American thanksgiving with fresh turkey, stuffing, and all the sides.  And of course at the end of the night there was homemade pumpkin pie.  We had numerous guests including parents, younger siblings of IGE alums and even a student on “another study-abroad program in Vienna” which will go nameless that “had some lame attempt at Thanksgiving without Turkey or stuffing.”

Even President Obama showed up for a bite of Turkey and a taste of pie. :)
